here's the thing ...
We'd grown a little tired of the lab in the sky type advertising that suggested product X could make you look like the soft-focused 19-year-old movie star - you know that same born gorgeous who'd look fabulous covered in mud with her hair in knots and no makeup.

We started to think that maybe there was a natural solution to truly help the skin of us ordinary folk.

After much blending and testing and testing and blending we were finally satisfied that we'd developed skincare that actually helped. And the use of essential oils in those blends carried an additional boost for wellbeing. Inspired by that success, we were encouraged to turn our efforts to further challenges: a sleep spray, uplifting room fresheners, something for itchy bites and proudly, because we adore our animals and they deserve as good as we do, our pet line.

our guarantee
We guarantee that alt products contain the best ingredients we have been able to source in proportions that count. alt products do not include ingredients for 'labeling' purposes. This is when skincare products have one drop of (say) green tea extract or vitamin e oil in hundreds of litres of filler so it can be listed on the label. Whether the alt product you are buying is for your body, your pets or your health... we are real.

our rewards program
We have the world's simplest reward program. It operates like this: the more you show you like us, the more we show we like you, so... during 2007 spend $150 with us to earn a 10% discount on all your 2008 purchases. If you spend $300 you receive a 15% discount, and a spend of $450 rewards you with a whopping 20% discount in 2008.

We keep track of how much you spend and if you qualify we'll send you a discount voucher number at the end of the year. You can email us at any time to find out where you stand in the discount stakes. (Note that mail costs are not included in expenditure calculations.)

our special reward draw
For every $20.00 you spend between November 1 and December 23, 2006 you will receive one ticket in our special reward draw. The winner will be able to choose an alt product of their choice every month throughout 2007. You can choose it for yourself, or you can choose it for someone else and we'll gift-wrap it for you and add a card.

The winner will be drawn on Christmas Eve and notified by email the same day.

So some lucky person will get an early Christmas present.

You have three options for payment:

1. Credit card: we accept Mastercard, Visa, Bankcard or American Express. Payments are processed via a secure (SSL) server. Your credit card details are deleted after each purchase.

2. Direct deposit: if you prefer to use internet banking please email sales@alt.com.au so we can send you the alt(EVERYTHING) bank account details. As soon as your deposit is received your order will be processed and sent.
